Designer Masashi Murakami's favorite paper products

(The above is a work exhibited at emuni's exhibition "affects" at Takeo Mihoncho)

Established in 2012, ㎡ (Mni) is a design studio that has won numerous awards both domestically and internationally, including the Tokyo TDC Award, JAGDA Newcomer Award, Japan Package Design Grand Prize, Good Design Award, ONE SHOW, NYADC, and D&AD Award.

We asked the representative, Masashi Murakami, about the paper products he is partial to.

It seems that "MAGMA/SKETCHBOOK" is his favorite product.

``There are different sketchbooks for different types of jobs, such as design and art direction, art and illustration, and architecture, and they are comfortable to write in. And best of all, the designs are wonderful.''

This selection is unique to Murakami, who is working on various projects at the same time. Very interesting. The coloring is also nice.

When I contacted the UK distributor "MAGMA SHOP", they told me that they currently only have " FILM & ANIMATION " and " IDEA GENERATION ", with only a few left. -- MAGMA SHOP

However, as a result of this inquiry, they became interested in Taisei Shiki Seisakusho's PAD NOTE, and we might be able to collaborate on something.

Well, we asked Mr. Murakami about his favorite Taisei Shiki Seisakusho products and what he would like to try!

It seems that ``FUMIBAKO'' is the product that interests them.

“I would like to use shapes, colors, and textures that can only be achieved with paper.”

So, I sent it to you right away.
We would love to hear your thoughts!
