Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
Any claim by the Buyer must be made in writing and received by the Seller within 15 days of the Products' arrival at the destination warehouse. A full written notice of the Buyer's claim, accompanied by a licensed surveyor's report in case of a dispute over the quality or quantity of the Products, must be sent by registered airmail from the Buyer to the Seller within twenty (20) days after the above notification. Failure to comply with this stipulation will be deemed a waiver of such claim by the Buyer. In the event of a breach of this Agreement by the Seller, the Seller's liability is limited to the actual damages directly sustained by the Buyer from such breach, not exceeding the purchase price of the Products stated in this Agreement and actually received by the Seller concerning which the damages occurred.
