PAD NOTE "EASY"edition by Chou Yi

For the new 2023 collaboration product with Taisei Shiki Seisakusho ``PAD NOTE'', we asked Taiwan-based illustrator ` `Chou Yi '' who is active all over the world to create it. We have many collaborations with famous companies in Japan such as Apple, NIKE, and BEAMS. He is also actively involved in producing art books himself and exhibiting them at book fairs.

Chou Yi's illustrations are dignified. The figures drawn with unique lines and shapes are very impressive. Especially many women appear. You have said that ``freedom'' is a constant keyword in your work, and I feel that you have a strong will to break free from the ``image of women'' that is traditionally seen from the male society's perspective. Her works seem to have many fans among Japanese singers and artists.

This time, PAD NOTE has drawn a new work with the theme of "EASY".
It seems that it expressed ``the relaxing feeling of touching paper and turning the pages, writing down diaries and memos, and organizing your mind even in the middle of a hectic day.''
